Day of Personal Bests at the AndotSport 10-Miler

Last weekend, I ran the AndotSport 10-Miler (16km), and it turned out to be one of my best race days so far. I went into the run feeling good but without any big expectations. From the start, my pace felt comfortable, and I focused on staying relaxed and steady throughout the race. Along the way, I surprised myself by hitting several personal records. I ran a new PR in the 5km with a time of 23:27, followed by another PR in the 10km at 47:45. These milestones gave me extra motivation to keep pushing while still staying in control of my effort.

I crossed the finish line in 1:16:35 for the full 16km, improving my previous best of 1:21:32. Seeing that progress made all the training feel worth it. The AndotSport 10-Miler reminded me that consistency pays off, and I’m excited to keep building from here.
