My Badminton League Experience

I participated in an exciting badminton interclub league where I competed in two categories: advanced men’s doubles and advanced mixed doubles. For men’s doubles, my partner was Kyle Zabat, while in mixed doubles, I teamed up with Mercy Lyn Cutamora. It was a day full of intense matches, adrenaline, and unforgettable moments on the court.

In the men’s doubles category, Kyle and I fought hard through every rally and pushed ourselves to the limit. The finals were especially intense as the match went into a thrilling third set, where every point felt like it could decide the outcome. With strong teamwork and clutch plays, we managed to secure the championship title in a truly hard-earned victory.

In mixed doubles, Mercy Lyn and I also performed well and made it all the way to the finals, finishing as 1st runner up. However, I realized that I became too confident with my energy early in the match, which led to me burning out at a crucial moment. Despite the loss, the experience taught me valuable lessons about pacing, focus, and staying composed throughout the game.
